Tammy is THE BEST! This lady cannot disappoint. I was visiting and only had a short amount of time to look at homes, I was with a different Agent first and she apparently did not want the sale. She was almost discouraging me from looking at more homes. So then I contact Tammy. OMG this lady lined up more viewings in 24hrs then I thought was possible to even see in a day. She had details and knowledge about each listing that showed me her knowledge of the industry, which I SUPER appreciated. When we settled on a short sale home, knowing that it would be a process that took time, Tammy was on it. She called the Bank and their agent everyday to make sure our paperwork didn't get lost. We recently relocated to the Hilliard area and wanted a home that would allow our daughter to attend Hilliard Heritage Middle School/Hilliard Darby High School. Tammy was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and what was available within our price range. She was readily available to answer questions and provide showings. We probably won't plan to move again for at least 2-3 more years, but I am eagerly looking forward to working with Tammy again in both selling our current home and finding a new one. In the meantime, I enthusiastically recommend her to any friends who may be thinking about buying or selling a home.
